DRAMA-MOMMA TO DOTING DAD. What types of Cat Parents are you and your readers? Every cat is the same—aloof, stand offish, can’t be trained….WE KNOW that’s false! Cats are like furry snowflakes, each with a different look and purr-sonality. So are owners. And while we all share a passion for cats—and so do our readers—understanding the kinds of cat parents who read our blogs can help us serve them better, and in turn, their cats. This fun power point includes a Q & A discussion of what’s “normal” for you and for your readers.
This year the CWA Annual Conference partners with the BlogPaws Conference outside Phoenix from June 23-25, 2016 to bring the best writing and publishing information to the world of pet writing and blogging. We’re offering sessions from Smashwords, from NYT bestselling author Gwen Cooper, from Dr. Marty Becker and many others covering publishing, writing, marketing and blogging. As the CWA Conference Chair, I’ll be “herding cats” and speakers, attending the Awards Banquet (I have TWO books nominated!) and also signing my CAT FACTS and DOG FACTS titles (maybe others…) at the speaker book signing. Stop by and say howdy! I’ll be the one wearing the rhinestone BLING, BITCHES & BLOOD pin!
